I have found late in life an unsatiable interest in gadgets. I expect many of you have discovered the same or similar interests. My working life consisted of 18+ hour days I somehow did not find the time for many of the gadgets now so firmly attached to my hands. I did however become one of the early owners of a mobile phone an asset for my business I remember it well as big as a small suitcase heavy as led. Sorry I have started to wander back to distant memories to move on around 50 years of age finding myself no longer with the physical attributes needed to work had to face the rest of what then was expected a short life span believe you me when a consultant measures your life in weeks it makes you squeeze the cheeks of your ass together I can tell you. But then I was to discover computers and spent the first couple of years playing around with out too much internet time involved. Then the great discovery broadband hit me wow ebay addict yes for sure the first purchase I made was an hp 2210 ipaq here
I am getting hooked on gadgets next I added tom tom navigation to this and the to my phone and next an actual tom to go. My computers yes I have more than one you see I learnt how to build them and programme them.my zest for knowledge is unsatiable I added printers,scanners then all in one printers digital camera and soon digital slr camers (xmas) Ihave speed camera detectors in my car bluetooth tech and a reversing camera my home is adorned with ctv and burglar alarms the list goes on. In time I will surely add more and in time will surely add to this blog meanwhile add your comments did you also become fall in to being victim of this mad desire for high tech I lived wthout it most of my years why has the seed planted only a few years back taken such a hold
